I'm from Venezuela, I get in love to the kitchen when I made my first bread I was 13, but it was until I finished University when I decided to follow my heart and start jobs in the kitchen, in the beginning was small cafes and organic bars,  later on I owned my Healthy Cafe with my best friend in Merida, Venezuela however, the instability in my country made me look overseas and that’s when I soared across the planet and landed in Dubai to work in Coya restaurant at the Four Seasons Resort Jumeirah. 

 

I runned Seva Table (former Life’n One) for 3 years, in this time I Managed the kitchen and developed Menus, it was an intense time of my life where I start to worked with myself so I discover a new Kiki in the kitchen, introducing macrobiotic dishes, ayurveda recipes and more into my new creations.

Then I started my journey in Root'D, a 100% plant-based meal plan by Freakin healthy, a well known snack brand in UAE as a recipe developer for both brands. I developed around 300 recipes for the meal plan and I plugged into a new world, developing recipes for retail items. I visit the factory hundreds of times to develop the best, clean and healthy products such as cashew cream cheese, granolas, crackers that are now in the shells of supermarkets.

 

I studied integrative nutrition to become Health coach, I have a Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate from the Center for Nutrition studies, Took hours of courses with Mathew Kenny in his academy Food Future Institute, and in other schools like Veecoco and Vegan Gastronomy cooking Academy.
